In these Terms, "Qin Academy", "we", "our" and "us" refer to QIN Academy Inc., and "you" and "your" refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing our services.
Qin Academy provides tutoring services, including group review sessions, recorded course videos, and private one-on-one tutoring. Qin Academy is an independent tutoring company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university or educational institution referenced on this website. Institution names and course codes are used only to identify the tutoring services offered.
Our services are study aids. We do not guarantee any specific grade, exam result, or academic outcome, and our materials are not a substitute for officially enrolled coursework.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, share paid content, or are used fraudulently.
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and may change without notice; changes do not affect purchases already completed. Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods offered. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
Bundle and promotional pricing applies only for the period and conditions stated in the offer.
Sessions and time slots must be booked in advance through your account. If you cannot attend a booked session, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start time; sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited.
If Qin Academy cancels a session, we will offer you a replacement session or a credit to your account balance. Except where required by applicable law, purchases of recorded videos and course materials are final once access has been granted.
Referral rewards and other credits are added to your account balance and can be used toward future purchases on the website. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and may expire as indicated in the applicable offer. We may withhold or reverse credits obtained through fraudulent or abusive use of the referral program.
All course materials, videos, practice documents, and website content are the intellectual property of Qin Academy or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own studies.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or academic outcomes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its publication date; material changes will be highlighted on the website or communicated to registered users. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
